Meet the staff

Ben lives in St. Thomas, Ontario. He is married to Emma and has five children: Tessa, Theo, Thatcher, Tucker, and Talbot. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies and serves as the Pastor of Christian Education at Crossroads Bible Church, KCA's partner church. He is passionate about classical Christian education and training children up to love and serve God in the world He created.

Jacob lives in London, Ontario with his wife Danielle and their two daughters, Alexia and Freya. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from King's University College and a Bachelor of Education from Western University, with three years of teaching experience in public and private Christian education. His favourite authors include C.S. Lewis, Augustine, and many of the Puritans. Jacob loves seeing students develop a passion for learning as they grow in their knowledge of God and His creation.

Suzanne lives in London, Ontario. She has three grown children and six grandchildren. Suzanne has her ECE, worked with children in a daycare setting for six years, and served as a Christian Education Director for over twenty years. Her passion is teaching children and making a difference in their lives. When not with family or friends, she spends her spare time reading and writing.

Cassandra resides in Ingersoll, Ontario with her husband Ryan and their two sons, Nathan and Liam. She graduated with honours from the Early Childhood Education program at Fanshawe College and is a Registered Early Childhood Educator with over a decade of experience with children and families, including two years supervising a licensed child care centre. She is excited to serve in a school where faith and learning come together.

Emily lives in Ingersoll, is married to Chad, and has two children, Faith and Malakai. She holds a Developmental Services Worker diploma and has supported individuals in group-home settings and children with autism in one-to-one education. A homeschool educator since having her children, Emily loves modelling the joy of learning and growing in faith — and outside school she can be found hiking and exploring God's creation.

Melissa, her husband Jordan, and their four children live in Ingersoll, Ontario. They enjoy reading, camping, and playing games and sports as a family. Melissa has a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Education from Western University, and has homeschooled her kids for the past five years.

Jordan lives in Ingersoll, Ontario with his wife Melissa and their four children. He holds a BA in Business from Western University, owns Cecile Marketing, and is the co-founder of Trivium. A lifelong athlete, Jordan counts it a privilege to take his passion for sport and use it to train up and equip the next generation.

Nate is the Lead Pastor of Crossroads Bible Church, KCA's partner church, where he and his wife Colleen have served since 2013. A Western University graduate with pastoral training from Emmanuel Bible College, he loves teaching the Word of God and seeing God's people take scripture, discipleship, and service seriously. His free time goes to sports and "hanging out with dead guys" — his way of saying reading the Puritans.
