The Board of Elders of Crossroads Bible Church has direct oversight of the mission and vision of the school. They have appointed a board of directors to attend to the budget and overall operation, while the headmaster is responsible for the day-to-day management of faculty and the student population.
In short: a time-tested, Christ-centred model that trains students to read well, think well, and speak well. See The Classical Difference for the full picture.
We offer full-time classes from JK through Grade 10. In anticipation of offering the remaining secondary grades in the coming years, we also hope to offer part-time and/or supervised workspaces for secondary homeschool students who could shift to full-time when offered. If you have questions about secondary students, please contact us — each situation may vary.
KCA operates as a four-day-per-week school (Monday–Thursday), while JK/SK runs three days per week (Monday–Wednesday). Class hours are 8:35 am to 3:25 pm. Part-time enrollment consists of two half days — Monday and Wednesday afternoons — with the same dress code and code of conduct as full-time students.
First-student tuition is $7,900, with significant multi-student discounts. See Tuition & Admission for the full schedule.
We are committed to bringing classical Christian education to as many families as possible, and we understand that the financial component is a very real concern. Enrolling your children in private Christian education is a step of faith — actively obeying the command of Deuteronomy 6:4–9 to teach the ways of the Lord to your children in all of life, trusting Jesus’ promise to “seek first the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you” (Matthew 6:33).
For families where it remains a financial impossibility, our hope is that tuition assistance will be available — our desire is that affordability is never the reason a student cannot attend. See Tuition & Admission for financial aid details.
None. King’s Cross is 100% privately funded through tuition and donations.
No. The school is open to any family who is an active part of an evangelical church, with a parent who confesses faith in Jesus as their Saviour and Lord, and who desires a classical Christian education for their children. See Tuition & Admission for more information.
Our desire is that all children of Crossroads Bible Church and the surrounding Christian communities are given the opportunity to have a Christ-centred education — whether in school or at home. We recognize and encourage families called to homeschool, and our part-time option exists to support homeschooling families with a similar philosophy of education.
