None. King’s Cross is 100% privately funded through tuition and donations.
We are committed to bringing classical Christian education to as many families as possible, and we understand that the financial component is a very real concern to parents interested in private education and is one of the most common objections. Please consider that enrolling your children in private Christian Education is a step of faith. You are taking the step of actively obeying the commandment given in Deuteronomy 6:4-9 to teach the ways of the Lord to your children in all of life, understanding that the command encompasses school as well. We are told by our Lord Jesus to “seek first the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33). So, make the informative years of your child(ren) a priority in the life of your family.
The Lord may give you a raise, he may call you to slightly change your lifestyle, or he may show you how to save in other certain aspects of your budget. But one thing is certain, in obeying the Lord’s command for your children you will be spending your money in a way that lays up your treasures in heaven. (Matthew 6:19-21)
We also understand that, for some families, it is a financial impossibility to send their child(ren) and our hope is that financial tuition assistance will be available. Our desire is that through the generosity of the local church and men and women who understand the vision of King’s Cross Academy, affordability will never be the reason a student cannot attend our school.

In our first year of operation, we endeavour to offer full-time classes for grades K-8. In anticipation of offering secondary (Gr. 9-12) in the coming years, we would also like to offer part-time and/or supervised workspaces for secondary homeschool students who could shift to full-time when offered. If you have questions about secondary students, please contact us as each individual situation may vary.
Our desire is that all children of Crossroads Bible Church and the surrounding Christian communities are given the opportunity to have a Christ-centered education whether in school or at home. We recognize and encourage all families who have been called to homeschool their children and want to continue to support them in their endeavors. In addition, we hope to offer part-time options for homeschooling families with similar philosophies of education.
KCA operates as a 4 day per week school (Mon-Thu), while JK/SK is 3 days per week (Mon-Wed). Our desire is to also be able to offer homeschooling families the ability to enroll part-time, which will consist of two half days (Monday and Wednesday afternoons). Part-time students will have the same dress code and code of conduct expectations as full-time students. Class hours will be 8:45 am to 3:15pm.
